Ingredients.
1 banana
1tbsp walnuts
1 tbsp almonds
1 tbsp honey
3/4 cup nondairy milk (I used almond milk.)
1 cup of ice
Throw every thing into a vitamix or a blender.
Blend until everything is combined
Enjoy!!!
What are you favorite smoothies or milkshakes?
Mine is this one and a chocolate peanut butter milkshake.
